Roommate Feigned Sleep While I Could Have Died Of Alcohol Poisoning- Do I Have A Right To Be Mad?

Sorry, this is going to be long.
OK, I hardly ever drink. I am a lightweight with very low tolerance. Saturday night I got super super drunk off many shots of gin and don’t remember anything past a certain point in the night. Supposedly I had to be carried home and shoved into bed while my roommate was sleeping. I woke up Sunday at 3 pm with bruises on my face, a broken wrist, and blood all over my bed. I didn’t know how I got so injured, so I asked my roommate. She informed me that I fell off the bed onto my face in the middle of the night (my bed is 4 feet off the ground and our floor is tile). After this I laid on the floor for hours, completely unmoving, and threw up on myself maybe a couple times during the night. She said this all very nonchalantly and was laughing hysterically while telling it. I am very disturbed by the fact that she pretended to be asleep when my friend brought me back and that she laid there passively in bed and watched as I got hurt. Am I right in calling her sadistically fu.cked up, or is she right in saying that she isn’t responsible for my actions and shouldn’t be obligated to help me?

What Should I Do About My Freeloading Roommate?

My husband and i just bought a house and to help with expenses, my husband let his loser friend rent our basement for $400 a month. My husband is very nice and let Josh stay here for 2 months for free, but expected rent on the first of september.
We never saw the rent, but only heard promises of jobs he had set up for the weekend that never came through. My husband even bought him expensive tools to help him get good jobs laying tile, but he still has not worked. My husband even borrowed him money for food. I am at my wits end and my husband is too nice to kick this guy out. I am also shy to do that, but I feel it is my husband’s job. At this point, he owes us $1200, $400 of which is not rent, but money from our own pockets. So now we have to keep him here long enough for him to at least pay us this money back. But at this very minute he is taking his usual afternoon nap downstairs. What can i do???
