i am remodeling my kitchen and need to replace stove and dishwasher from white to black. but the frig is fairly new and works great.

I have a 1968 model 12×60 with a metal roof (gets really hot in here with out air), 2 bedroom, kitchen, living room and a bathroom that is wheel chair accessable
the element covered for a few days before tiling the floor. The engineer wants to lay the heating, but my husband is unable to lay the tiles for two days.
What advice can you give me please. Such as is it okay to lay cardboard over the top of the heating until ready for tiling.
The kitchen consultant at home depot estimated 3-4 months. Now I think thats insane. I understand once the measurements are complete, it may take up to a month for receipt of cabinets, but isn’t 4 months excessive?
i’m considering buying a house, and the main thing bothering me is the kitchen, especially the drawers. they’re very old – wood on wood, so it’s not easy to open /close them. i’m not planning to remodel the kitchen in the near future, so is there any way to either replace the drawers only (and how much would it cost), or to add something like wheels to make them slide more easily. thank you in advance for your answer.

yes. Just contact your local window dealer. Lowes or Home Depot carry these things as well. Stick with major brands for assured quality. Pella, Anderson, Marvin, etc.
7ft is not that odd of a size.

Need to have our kitchen remodeled and have no idea where to start. I’m guessing any contractor or kitchen remodeler would probably laugh in my face…but is it possible to have a 40 yr-old kitchen remodeled for under $25,000 and get good quality cabinets, new fridge, new dishwasher, new built-in oven, sink and stove top, new countertops and some recessed or in some way enhanced, lighting? And replace existing ceramic tile floor with either hardwood or laminate flooring? The work area is about 10 ft long X 8 ft deep. The eating area is about 9 ft X 11 ft. If this is totally unrealistic, what’s the approximate minimum we’d need to accomplish this? Has anyone attempted this on such a budget?
