I am remodeling the kitchen family room great room.Kitchen cabinets are nutmeg cherry. I have natural wood windows which i want to stain dark. I bought natural pine base board too. Does the base board have to be white or should be the same color as the windows? Also I am thinking of dark hardwood floors too!
We are remodeling our entire condo and the cabinets are horrible oak with white laminate. We can paint the oak and while there is some paint that will adhere to the laminate Im thinking we should try something else. What are our options short of replacing the doors?
I currently moved into an older home and in the kitchen there are 2 sets of sliding pegboard doors used for pantry storage. I love to remodel and come up with decorating ideas, but this one has me stuck. I need ideas on how to cover them or make them less noticeable please help.
But I can’t seem to find it again. I think it was on BHG.com Does anyone have this kind of pantry or know where I can find a similar picture. I am looking to remodel my kitchen and would love to show my contractor a picture of what I want.
Any other suggestions for pantry space in a small kitchen?
we have a house that has the washer and dryer off to the side in the kitchen behind bifold doors. I would like to take down the faux closet and doors and utilize that space more without the washer and dryer sticking out. I have seen that one way to do this is to have front end loaders and build a cabinet/ countertop around them so it blends in with the rest of the coutertops in the kitchen. Any other alternative ideas? Thanks
