Orange County Floor Kitchen Bath

We are remodeling are kitchen and will be selling the three bedroom house in the near feature.How important is it to replace the old dishwasher? Or it be better to put a new cupboard there.We are putting in all new cabinets.Thanks for your input,Wendy

I’ve done a lot of research and I noticed a lot of bathtub remodeling designs on the web that dont have the standard ceramic soap dish that usually goes on the wall on top of the tile. Is this an ongoing trend or is it still common to use a wall mounted soap dish. I’m remodeling the bathroom and I’m about to start laying out the tiles and Im not sure if I should put one or not. Please help! Thanks!
