I Have Laid Marbonite At My Clinic. Carpenters Made Some Scratches In 5-6 Tiles By Pulling The Funitures.?

Now on seeing there is dark blacky scratches (Not deep scratches).
It seems to be like ”pencil marks”.
Can anybody give an idea to remove this type of scratch mark??
I am somuch disappointed on seing the marks each and every time.
HOPE TO GET A SOLUTION
