Had My Bathrm Remodeled & The Pipes Re-ran . Now Water In 2nd Bathrm Is Luke Warm But The Kitchen Is Hot?

not sure why the kitchen water is still hot, but the 2nd bathroom is just luke warm. water heater seems fine, could the contracter messed something up in the line? The pressure is fine.

they crossed the pipes or a “tee” when they did the job. I remodeled a kitcken once. and two weeks later the people i did the job for called and said, when they flush the toilet the water in the toilet was hot. It was winter so they said they kinda liked it. But i went back and found that i had crossed a pipe in the kitchen that fed the toilet as well as the kitchen.

Sounds like you need to set the temperature adjustment ring inside the shower valve. Remove the handle and look beneath. Can you see a plastic circular ring in the center with teeth on the inside of the ring? This is the temp adjuster, generally there is a little plastic tab on the face of it that will allow you to pull it out with a pair of needle nose pliers. It should easily slide off, look at the plastic writing stamped into the face of it, there should be two arrows, one for hotter and one for cold. turn it in the direction for hottest, and slide it back onto the shaft- you’ll see what I mean.
    Good luck
